Adobe Campaign: Inbound and Outbound? How?

Hi all,

Does Adobe Campaign support both Inbound and Outbound Campaigns? How?

Outbound is a normal Campaign we send out I think.

How does it support Inbound Campaigns? By Subscriptions?
