Why there is a drop in counts after using enrichment activity to extract the data or to hardcode any value?

Hello @swetlana12 ,

depends how do you use enrichment can you add more information?

Are you use refine the target using additional data?

I know that split is deduplicating recipients automatically maybe it will be the same case for enrichment.
