Watch Record module for documents returns old documents

I'm trying to understand why a watch record module for documents that I have set to look for new records only, is returning old documents from February.  What criteria does it use?  Do I need to perform an additional date test?

Try deleting and re-adding the module and ensure "From now on" is selected.
