Hi Everyone,

It looks like the documents I stored in the project documents folder cannot be sent over to the agency side. The error message as below. Would like to seek advice from all of you, thanks!

DataError

Response body is not a valid JSON. Unexpected token 'P', "Payload is"... is not valid JSON

Payload is not present{"acknowledgement":{"statusCode":200,"status":"Success","details":"No document ID stored for this asset \/TF001255\/TX-LF01 color box diecut - 250117(1)(1).pdf. | Stored the asset locally but cannot identify a project to link to.","date":"2025-02-06T04:19:24+0000"}}

Hi @pakfaifong

The key part of the message is "No document ID stored for this asset ... Stored the asset locally but cannot identify a project to link to". A few things come to my mind:

  • Is the document attached to a project in Workfront?
  • Does the document have the necessary permissions associated to be accessed externally?
  • Have you verified that the JSON payload is valid on a site like https://jsonlint.com ?

Once you verify this information, I would recommend submitting a support ticket (if you haven't already) for this behavior so that we can take a deeper look into it with specific examples.
