There is no easy way to know if someone has deleted a scenario and who deleted the scenario ...or a way to restore it back. There is also no easy way to run a report or even copy/paste the scenario names into a spreadsheet to try and compare against.  This is an urgent need, because someone could really mess things up the way the product works currently.

You can see if someone deleted a scenario. On the left side bar, Org Overview -> Activity Logs. For rolling back a deletion you would probably have to consult with support so that would be a nice feature to have.

Thank you!

One thing that I've started doing: I save all the production scenarios as JSON and keep them in a Microsoft OneNote notebook. I'm paranoid, plus I like having discreet records of my scenarios--especially if I've made major changes. It doesn't help your situation now, but it is a good habit to get into.

I'm *really* looking forward to the Fusion API so I can automate that as well! I want to automate all the things.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but when I click into the Org overview, I don't see Activity Logs anywhere.

The documentation states to "Click the Activity Logs tab near the top of the screen" (from the Org overview), but the only tabs I see are Organization, Teams, and Users.

Kristen,

I think maybe you don't have proper permission then.

Under Org overview, I see the following tabs:

ORGANIZATION     TEAMS    USERS     ACTIVITY LOGS

Thanks--I'll check with support.  It's seems odd because I'm an Admin.

@johnjosullivan ,

Is there going to be a Fusion API that we can call?

The ability to view who deleted a scenario or export that data to a spreadsheet is available through the Activity Logs functionality, which is only included with the Adobe Workfront Workflow Ultimate license.
