Phantom Note Updates

I have a scenario that converts an issue to a project and leaves an update for a developer, the update shows up in their email but not on the project. When I go back and look at the scenario history the whole scenario ran just fine with no errors. Has anybody encountered this before? Do you have any ideas as to what is happening?

Normally for these kinds of errors I would just add a sleep module to account for processing time but this scenario has been running just fine for the past 9 months and I have never seen this error.

Update: So the emails about the comments are there instantly, but comments are delayed by almost exactly an hour but still show correct timestamps of when email was sent on the note... I guess system lag but I checked Adobe System Status website but nothing shows down... Is this an individual company WF thing? Has this happened to anyone before?

@lawson02 I'd document and open a ticket.
Some latency is expected but an hour is ridiculous.

Sounds like it's not the scenario (since that completes quickly and the notification as added as expected) - but the UI getting the updated feed seems to lag.
I can't tell but it's possible that the insertion of the project has the hamsters spinning (huge template? Other automations on newProject creation?) that it delays the display of the added comment?

Have you tried adding that comment to the converted issue to see if that shows more quickly?

I created a new project with 1 module and it took ~1 hour to display on the WF project. I tried both the create update and create note module and even switched from our service account to my personal connection to no avail. I have opened up a ticket.

Pinging this thread as I am also not seeing updates posted by Fusion until minutes after the scenario runs. Sometimes it takes anywhere from 3-60 minutes.
