Modern Authentication supported in Office 365 Module

Hi Team,

We are implementing a project in Fusion where we need to send the mail notification via Office 365 Module so I would like to know does the Office 365 module supported Modern Authentication (Modern authentication is token-based authentication)
Could any one please suggest
