Linking custom field to Portfolio list in Workfront through Fusion

I'm new to creating scenarios and was wondering if I were to create a dropdown field called "Portfolio" on a custom form for requests, is there a way to link that field directly to the Portfolio list in the system through Fusion? I'm trying to avoid having to update the custom field every time we create a new Portfolio.
