Has anyone successfully connected to Jira Cloud?

I set up a token on the Jira side, I entered my URL, user name and token to make the connection, but I'm getting the following error:

 

The request failed due to failure of a previous request.

  • IP address is not valid.

anyone know how to get past this?

Is your IP address being blocked by security?

That sounds like your Jira Cloud instance may be doing some kind of IP filtering/allow-listing. I've just started a prototype of a Jira Cloud connection and I've been successful in making updates with only the information you were testing with so far.
