Forbidden resource

I keep getting a “Forbidden resource” pop-up when opening Fusion scenarios recently:

Is anyone else getting this?  I can still run/edit the scenarios, but I can no longer access the Incomplete Executions tab.  Last week I got an email about an incomplete execution; the scenario in question runs once daily, so I was able to able to go into the History tab and look at the most recent entry to find the issue.  My concern is with scenarios that have instant triggers--if any runs have an incomplete execution, it may be harder to identify them using just the History tab (some scenarios have hundreds of executions per day).

I wanted to check if anyone else has seen this behavior in their Fusion instance.
