Create Proof Module Not Consistently Creating Proofs

Hi. I have a Fusion scenario that take a document, creates a proof, and adds reviewers and approvals. Over the last month, we have been experiencing inconsistent behavior with the createProof module found under Misc Action > Document. Proofs are failing to generate automatically. However, when we go back and do it manually it works. Nothing new has changed in our scenario. I was wondering if anyone has noticed similar behaviors and what you were able to do to address? Thanks!

I had the issues with this in the past. I would try to create a proof with createProofRest option and see if that helps, if not - if a proof fails without any stages, etc. (so just a “naked” proof) then I would engage support to check why are they failing.

Thanks for your response. We tried the createProofRest option and we still get the Proof Failed to Generate in Workfront. We can try Enterprise Support again. Thanks again!

Can you also check that the user you use for Fusion does have the rights to create proofs? E.g. log in as that user in Workfront and try to create proof (if you are using legacy auth), if not, check if the user is e.g. a system administrator. 😃
