Can You Create Parent Projects / Tasks Resolved by Projects in Fusion?

Hi, does anyone know if Fusion can be used to create a parent projects, or tasks that are resolved by projects?

For example, I have a project template with tasks which act as a checklist for the project manager. These tasks remind them to do things like "Create a Registration Page Project." So they will create the project, but there isn't a way to tie that project to that checklist task as a resolvable.

I'm trying to find a way to tie that "child project" to the task, so that as the project percent complete updates, that task's percent complete updates.

Has anyone tried this or something similar? Open to suggestions and other ways to achieve the parent/child project relationship.
