Approval process deletion using fusion

I have been trying to delete an approval process from one instance when the approval process of same instance is deleted in the other workfront instance using fusion. For triggering the scenario i used watch events with approval as the record type.

selected old state and deleted records in other fields. But the watch events is not triggering when the approval process is being deleted in the first instance. Can someone suggest a solution for executing it?
