Writer AI tool - Microsoft Edge add-on fields

Question

We use the Writer add-on extension, which provides suggestions on our platform fields. The extension is not visible on Workfront fields - is this something that gets deactivated in Workfront plafform?

Hi @zaidagr1,

Thank you for your question! Workfront does not have an integrated spell check feature directly within the platform. I am not aware of any limitations on the Workfront side that would prevent Microsoft Writer from functioning.

I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft's support team (if you haven't already) and then submit a ticket with our support team as well so that we can troubleshoot this further.
