This study is about replacing proof roles with Workfront permissions. We will be discussing the effects of this swap in your company workflows, specifically around inherited permissions, sharing, and version access around proofs and documents

    This might be tricky to do based purely on WF Roles as they stand now because in our work, a single person can be an Owner sometimes, a Review-Only sometimes, View-Only sometimes, or Review & Approver on others. It varies by the PHQ routing.

    So maybe they could default to a routing role based on WF role (for convenience), but we'd need to retain the ability to change that before starting the routing.
