Workfront Queue Properties

Hello. When creating a request queue, there are Queue properties (e.g. Bug, Change, etc) - what is the purpose of this section and what changes by checking some or all the boxes? Thanks! Brad Smith

Hi Brad, This control the types of Issues that will be available in the Project/Queue. There are four Issue Types. If you go to create a New Issue in the project, this selection list determines what types you'll see and have available.

Hi Brad, I would encourage you to read this documentation on Understanding Queue Details by Workfront . Understanding these is essential if you're going to publish request queues for end users. Thanks, Narayan
