Workfront Proofs, Projects and Scrolling

Hello,

 

I get asked a couple of questions a lot from users:

 

1. How do I stop projects showing in 'Projects I'm On' when all my tasks are done?

 

2. I have a lot of proofs showing in my approvals widget that are old - how do I get rid off (I have said you will need to spend some time doing admin)

 

3. I can't scroll in Workfront when there is a pop-up (eg when in a project and use the total planned hours/job role icon) - why is this ?

1.  It sounds like you might be talking about your Home Area - perhaps consider adding the My Tasks widget to your home screen?  When you complete your tasks in that widget they should disappear.  From a strict Workfront perspective, whether or not you completed your task you're still "On the Project" as far as I know.  It sounds like My Tasks might be better for your needs.
