Hi,

Is there any possibility to add a field in the Columns section of a report that shows the number of projects created by a specific user in Adobe Workfront?

I am specifically looking to display this value as a column, rather than only seeing it in grouping summaries.

Context:

  • Report types tested: Project Report and User Report

  • Requirement: Count of projects created by a user

  • Expectation: A numeric value displayed directly in a column

Challenge:

  • Calculated fields do not support aggregation (COUNT) across related objects.

  • Text mode expressions using COUNT() do not return values.

Question to the community:

  • Is this functionality supported in Workfront?

  • If not, what is the recommended or standard approach to display the number of projects created by a user in project report?

the functionality isn’t supported. I’ve seen admins populate fields or counts using Fusion.
