Workfront Planning Visualization

Hello! We have been modeling complex email strategy in Planning with deep connected-record hierarchies (Channel Brief → Versions → Modules → Flex Creative). The architecture works, but end users can't see a parent record alongside all of its connected records on a single page — every connection opens in a new window, which breaks down fast when a tactical brief spans 10+ related record which is not a great user experience.

We've gotten the Planning AI Assistant to summarize a record + its connections ~95% of the way there, but there's no PDF export and no way to surface that consolidated view in WF Workflow for the creative, production, and dev teams who need the full tactical brief.

Does anyone have any solves or know if consolidated record visualization is on the Planning roadmap?

Hi, can you bring in your connected records as a lookup field within the record type of your parent records? Just add that as a column in your view to see it’s connected records?

If this helped you, please mark correct to help others : )

Hi Heather, Have you tried using a connected records page? I believe it’s a fairly new feature.
We’ve been trying to do something similar as you in Planning for Email as well.

yes, but we need like a single view that displays all the details information within all those connected records on one page.  The UI of clicking into each record for the details or pulling in all the lookups on one table view is not effective with the amount of data we have,
