Workfront Notifications

Does anyone know if it's possible to get Workfront notifications sent to an email address that is not associated with your Workfront account? So the notification would go to multiple email addresses. Ashley Thomas

Hi Ashley, What we've done in those situations is create a new WF ID and in the email address of the profile enter an email Distribution List (DL) that contains the multiple addresses. Hope that helps.

You could also set up a team consisting of the multiple users who need to receive those notifications. Then, assign the team to whatever work item that they would be receiving the notifications for.
