Currently when a notification is sent via Workfront it adds the reporter name followed by email address as notifications@my.workfront.com.
Can we get the Display name customized in such a way that the emails received doesnt have an individual name rather Show as Workfront / or any customized name as per Project followed by the email address notifications@my.workfront.com

If you want to display name in the From email address of the email send by Adobe Workfront, you can’t manipulate it.
What you could do is to disable the sending of the notification on the system or group level and send the email via Fusion using M365 Mail module for example. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront-fusion/using/references/apps-and-their-modules/third-party-app-connectors/microsoft-365-email-modules
You can manipulate the email subject of the notification.
