Hi Team , Is there any option in custom form that we can hide custom field .

Hi @AbisheikMe,

If the field should be hide conditionally, use the display logic.

If the field should always be hidden from the enduser, add a section, add custom field to section and change the display permissions on section to admin.

Hi @AbisheikMe

Yes — you can effectively hide a custom field on a Workfront custom form, but you do it via sections and/or logic, not a "hide" toggle on the field itself:

Hide from most users (admin‑only data):

Hide conditionally (only show when needed):

Most teams use Admin‑only section for permanently hidden fields and Display Logic when they just want to simplify the form for end users.

Hi @AmitVishwakarma,

The “Grant Access” on section breaks relies on the permissions on the current object and you can’t use specific groups. This is what “your response” got it wrong ;)

It basically inherits the permissions from the parent object and only allows you tell how Workfront should behaviour based on the permissions.
