Workfront Calendar time off filter on any team

I would love to be able to filter a time off calendar on any team, rather than just on home team. We are an agency and our users are on many client “teams”, and sometimes a project manager may want to see all of the users that are out on a given client team rather than a given home team.

Workaround: I created a calendar report that pulls in user time off. It’s grouped (color-coded) by user group so that viewers can toggle on and off what they do/don’t need to see. This approach might be prohibitive if you have too many colors (there’s a limit that I can’t exactly recall).

Thank you Lyndsy - looks like you can only filter on home group in the calendar reports as well. That won’t work for my use case. We have creative team members that work on multiple client groups/teams, but PMs who focus on one client group/team, so I’d like the PMs to be able to have a calendar color for just their client group/team, but the creative team would cross multiple of those groups/teams and would need to show up on any of the client group/teams they work on. We have it all organized by teams in WF and use that for other reports and notifications, but in the calendar specifically, it only allows the home team or group.

Ah, yes, the home group/home team value can be problematic in that way. In that case, you can create a custom form for the user object to associate users with client teams. Then you could use a prompt on the report to filter by the value in the custom field. It feels redundant, but could accomplish what you need.
