We have a requirement where users with a Requestor Access Level will need the ability to approve/decision proofs within ProofHQ as part of client review. Can users with a requester license perform these approvals or do they require a different access level? Please advise.
Yes, anybody can be a "Reviewer+Approver." You can set their default approving roles within Proof or you can change them each time you make a new proof as you add the person to the approvals within a single proof. You can also change their role after the fact by going into Proof Details.
