Why number not in sequence in Issue type form

Hello to all members,🙂

I have created an issue type report based on customised status equals to "new/inprogress/closed".

After running report, it does not appear in sequence as prefix added as number. Please find the report attach to refer through.

Am I missing some small detail 🤔 🤔, looking for your tips in this regard.
