👋 Welcome New Workfront Community Members — October 2025

Welcome to all the new members who joined this month! We’re excited to have you in the Adobe Workfront Community🎉. Whether you’re brand new or have been here a while, this space is all about learning, sharing, and connecting with peers who get what you do every day.

In a world where so much is automated and AI-driven, this space is different — it’s built on humans helping humans. Every question asked, every tip shared, every reply left here makes a real difference.

If you’re new, this is your first touchpoint — and we’re truly glad you’re here. Think of this thread as a friendly café table where you can pull up a chair, say hi, and get to know others who “get” what you do. To get started, share:

  • What company and role are you in
  • Which feature you’re using most
  • One area you want to get better at
  • How long have you been working with WF
  • How long have you been using WF

And give us your answer to this month's Ice Breaker question for all to kick things off:
👉 If you could rename one feature in Workfront to something more fun, what would you call it?

✨ If you’re already part of the community, jump in too — share a tip, answer a question, or just welcome someone new. Every reply makes this space more valuable for everyone.

We are assigning veteran SMEs in a round-robin fashion, and they will be your primary point of contact for any operational or community-related issues.

Buddies for this month: @monicacardoso@_manish_singh@lyndsy-denk@pan_shahbazian@kristens_wf@madalyn_destafney , @lawson02 , @suryalakhani , @nicholevargas and @amyreilly

Welcome everybody! If you found this message, congrats the hard part is over! Over the past decade I have leaned on this Community and let me tell you it's better than any other forum you've seen. This lion pride truly is all about helping others and we band together in anyway we can. Don't ever feel as though your question or idea is too simple or silly.

Aside from attending events and joining Workfront User Groups (you don't have to live in the region to join), my best advice is to truly lean on this Community. I have a 15 minute rule, which means that after trying to solve something for 15 minutes on my own, if I'm still at a lost I make a post. You'll be surprised how fast you get a response.

Hello all -

Long time lurker, first time poster, as they say. I am a Platform Solutions Architect with Ansira Partners and we're ramping up our partnership with Adobe / Workfront. I have been enjoying watching this community and attending the community meetings in addition to the learning and training options provided here.

Thank you,

Kelly

@kobrady Welcome to the community! Great to see you step out of “lurker mode.” 😊. It’s exciting to hear that Ansira is ramping up its Adobe + Workfront partnership — there’s so much potential in that space.
Curious, are there specific areas or integrations you’re focusing on first as you build out your partnership?

Hello @kautuk_sahni - We're very interested in creating a "standard connector" concept utilizing Fusion to connect Workfront to various different platforms as we recognize how robust Workfront can be when leveraging multiple types of implementations and look forward to exploring these potential options even further.

Hi, I'm Jen. I am the Creative Services Studio lead for an agency and an happy to be here. I'm working on customizing dashboards and kanban boards. I'd love to see additional, more granular color coding abilities within a dynamic kanban board. Thanks!

Welcome, @jenha1 👋 Great to have you here.
Customizing dashboards and Kanban boards is such a powerful way to streamline studio workflows — and you’re not alone in wanting more granular color-coding options. Several teams have been asking for the same, especially when dealing with multi-step creative pipelines.

Out of curiosity, what kind of color-coding rules would help your team the most: status-based, priority-based, role-based, or something more custom?

Hello kautuk_sahni
Some additional conditional color formatting options I'd love to see include
conditional formatting based on custom tags
background color of a card
background behind a card title (card header)
I really like the way ClickUp handles boards, cards and colors.
Thanks!
Jen
