Weekday to Weekday Wildcard Function

We have multiple Reports that must pull data based on a Weekday to Weekday date Range. Sometimes it is a Friday-Friday, Monday to Monday, etc. 

Would add a lot of value to set a Day of the Week WIldcard type feature for Dates in a Workfront Report.
