View Document Image from embedded iframe dashboard? Potential CORS errors?

I have a dashboard I am trying to view a documents in. 

They are being loaded by <img src="<ourWorkfrontURL>/internal/document/preview?versionID=<IDNUMBER>&ID=<ID_OF_DOC>" />. 

This does not load for most people. It does NOT load in Google Chrome Incognito with 3rd party cookies off. It DOES load if you turn those cookies on.

It does NOT load in Firefox. Firefox also displays CORs errors galore. 

 

Our code didn't change and we're wondering why is this happening?

Is there a better way to be displaying these documents in a dashboard?

 

Also, I noticed the AWS link of an image that is in the downloads folder if you download an image is a 60 second time out, and doesn't allow it to be loaded again.

Not sure if you ever solved this but it sounds like something that Workfront Support would need to look into for you. I would suggest a support ticket to help you.
