View Assigned & Unassigned Tasks by Job Role

We want to report on the hours of assigned and unassigned tasks by job role for a defined period of time (week, month, quarter, etc.). Right now, we can see total hours assigned by job role OR total hours assigned to team members, but there's no consolidated view of the two views.
