Users can't edit reports

I have two users that just today have lost the ability to edit a Notes/Comments section of a report.  Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, not sure where you're referring to on a report, can you post a screenshot? Is it a Notes/Comments custom form field that is pulling into your report as a column and they are not able to add a note there? If that's the case, they may have lost access on the object the report is pulling (a project, task, etc.)?
