User Set Up - Copy Error

Hi Community,

 

Has anyone seen this error before when copying the set up of an existing user?

We started seeing that last week, but I didn't have time to make a video of the whole thing and write the required essay to have Support review it. We do not use any of the features related to rate cards/roles or any financial functionality at all.

Thanks for the reply. We do use those areas but not for this particular user, so like you, we're confused. In the end, I created a new user from scratch, with the same information and the system was happy with that.

 

Maybe an issue when copying users sometimes?
