We have 1 user who is getting "User is not assigned to this application" Started 1 week ago

Background:  Adobe Admin Console, SSO, OKTA

We tried to have them log in on a different machine with the same error message.  All of their other SSO Okta applications don't have log in issues.

Yes that sounds like an SSO configuration error. Seen this with Microsoft SSO (Azure) too. The "application" here is not Workfront proper, but the "thing" (technical jargon!) that is linked to Adobe Console.

If you get this error right after signing into Okta (and before getting the Adobe login) it's on the Okta side. Have them check the user and perhaps their group membership?

If it's after the Adobe login - ticket with support.

I recommend you make a screen recording of them trying to log in, using an incognito browser window and then upload that straight into a case and submit it to Workfront Support.

We opened a case with adobe and they said it was on internal issue on our side..
