User is being asked to sign into Adobe when trying to access Workfront and is denied access

Hi,

I have a user who is trying to access Workfront but keeps getting asked to sign in with an Adobe ID. When she tries to sign in with Adobe, she gets the following error: "Sorry, your access has been denied. You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements"

Any ideas? She can't even get into her Adobe profile.

Thanks!

I would reach out to support to get help. They'll be able help you troubleshoot.

Hello,

Are you already migrated to the Adobe Admin Console?

If yes, did you check, if Workfront as a product is assigned there to the user?

Regards

Update: I was able to solve this issue for my user by removing the associated products in her account, waiting a few minutes, and then adding them back in. The equivalent of "turn it off and turn in back on".

☝️ I can confirm that @dianneca's approach worked for me. In my case, I removed and re-added the user altogether.
