User can not access Workfront from their computer. See "You don't have access to WorkFront" but can access using same credentials on a different computer
I am the admin for our company. Our PM's have been asked by a client to use WorkFront in conjunction with their company who holds the licensing. One of my users can not access the web based access to Workfront on her computer (MacBook Pro) but I, using her credentials on a different computer, login without issue.
The IT Team on the client side of this has a ticket but thus far nobody has an answer. It was suggested that there could be an issue with the Federated license and a reset could solve this issue. Another suggestion is fully removing all adobe applications / caches from the computer and start fresh?
Any help would be appreciated
