Updates Export Option

Export options are available for Issue Details screens, but nothing like this is available for the Updates section of an Issue.  For auditing we show documented actions like system activity or comments made and the only option I have today is utilizing the print function which doesn’t allow viewing the entire page.

      This is a limitation within Workfront, as I don’t see an export option for the Updates section. Following this thread in case anyone has a solution.

      Hi ​@BrandonGo2 & ​@ShobanaRa3,

      To solve this problem, you can make a Note report, add it to a dashboard and embed that dashboard into the menu of your object. For example, you add that dashboard to the left-hand Project menu like where Project Details are and it will only pull the notes from that project you are looking at. Then you can export that to Excel much like you can export any report data. Hope that helps!
