Update status prompts in a report to only reflect relevant statuses to the user

Description -

Why is this feature important to you - Users currently see all statuses in the system (including statuses from inactive groups) when using a prompt. This is a poor user experience when they see numerous statuses that they don't recognize.

How would you like the feature to work - Limit the statuses that appear to System Statuses and statuses from groups the user belongs to. 

Current Behaviour - All statues in the system appear, regardless of which group the status belongs to and even statuses from deactived groups currently appear, making the drop-down list much longer & more confusing than it needs to be for end users.
