Unexpected Application Error when accessing Proof through Workfront Proof App

Is anyone getting an Unexpected Application Error when opening a proof from the Share Proof link?  I have been troubleshooting this error for a couple of weeks and have narrowed it down to the shareable proof link within the proof.  If we grab the link from the proof inside of Workfront/Documents, we do not have an issue.

mine is working ok but can I ask if you're in admin console, or unified shell, by any chance?

 

(also, what syntax is your proof sharing link? Mine is as follows:

 

https://____________.my.workfront.com/proof/review/__________________?tcmsTenantId=______________________ )
