Unable to view all available custom forms in the dropdown

When I go into a task and try to view all available custom forms in the drop-down box, I can only see three random ones even though we have many more than that available to select from. I tried logging out/in and have manage access to the project.

Hi, did you check if the custom form is shared with that user who is trying to apply the custom form?

Here’s something else to consider: Are the custom forms you expect to see assigned to be associated with Task objects? If not, then you cannot attach the form to a task.
