Unable to see Values on the Chart for text mode groupings

We were able to create a text mode grouping and the result looks good on the details tab but the bar chart shows a single entity with count as 'No Value'.

 

Is this issue only for me? Am I missing anything here or Is there a way to pull that text mode grouping in the chart view with proper values?

that's just how it works. If you want to see it in a chart, it would need to be a calculated field on the object. If it's only in text mode on the report, it won't transfer through to a chart.

that's just how it works. If you want to see it in a chart, it would need to be a calculated field on the object. If it's only in text mode on the report, it won't transfer through to a chart.
