Tracking Scorecard Changes/ Creations in the Project 'Updates' Section

Hi,

Is there a way to have project scorecard changes/ creation appear in the 'Updates' section of the project? Something like "X User added Scorecard" or "X User modified Scorecard". I know a report can be created to track this, but wondering if can also be done outside of a report.

In the Setup area under Interface > Update Feeds, within the Tracked Fields > All Fields area, you can add the field for Project Alignment Scorecard ID. Anytime a scorecard is added to the project, it will appear in the System Activity area of the Update stream. I don't believe there is a way to track modifications to scorecard answers in the Update stream though.
