Timeline tasks error message

Hey guys,

I've been experiencing an issue with all of my projects. Every time I clicked on the timeline tasks, an error message pops up saying WF is working on the issue and to try to refresh the browser. I've refreshed, cleared out my cookies, tried incognito mode, and restarted my computer - nothing worked. This happened yesterday and it's still happening now.

Otherwise, everything else works like updates, issues, working on templates, seeing project details etc. Anyone else experience this issue?

Thank you!

I would try resetting your user preferences. Sometimes that helps when the clear cache doesn't.  Reset a User's Preferences | Adobe Workfront

You're right that usually doing those things resolves this or usually it resolves itself after a few refreshes. I'd submit a support ticket on this one since you're still getting the error after 24hrs.

To expand on Kellie's answer; sometimes when you create a filter, view or grouping (FVG) that triggers an error, you'll need to reset the user so the offending FVG isn't remembered as the user's default. Then you can go to the Setup area and find and delete the offending FVG.
