When there are more than one users on a task and they have completed ‘done with my part’ it still shows up in the workload balancer that they have that task. Is there a way that that task shows complete on their workload balancer?

Hi @sineadwhelan , this is expected behavior.

The Workload Balancer shows tasks based on assignment and planned work, not on whether an individual has marked “Done with my part.” The task is only marked as fully complete in the Workload Balancer once the overall task is completed (green check/indicator) - however it will not dissaper from there.

There isn’t currently a way to make the task disappear from an individual’s workload based on their personal completion.

If you need to track who has completed their portion, you’ll get better visibility using the project view or a report (for example, filtering by task status, updates, or assignment progress).

The Workload Balancer is primarily intended for resource allocation and capacity planning, rather than tracking partial completion across multiple assignees.

If this solved your issue, please mark it as solved so others can find the solution faster.
