thank you for reporting your proof generation issues yesterday!

hey sysadmins and other authorized WF contacts, I wanted to say thanks to those of you who reported "Error generating proof" messages to the helpdesk yesterday. By the time I reported my issue, my helpdesk tech was already familiar with the issue and we were able to jump past the opening formalities. It really saves me time, and I appreciate those of you who were on the ball (or users who were on the ball) and mentioned it. -skye
