Task Name Equals

I am trying to make what seems like a simple report for all Tasks where the name is a very specific string. I am using a Template for hundreds of projects, so all the tasks should have the same name.

Yet, when I set up that report Filter, the pulldown offers me about six versions of the following name:

"Electrical Installation Complete"

and then below that, versions with that string followed by the Project Name in light grey.

So each of them seems to have a different Task ID, and when I run the report, I get just 1 or 2 results.

This is the Text mode report it spits out:

Any ideas?
