Switch off Comments/unsubscribe comments

when open our Team member is sending Communication to the Team of Users for example "BMW Release Communication", many users are replying to this comment. While this Team has hundreds of users - all of them get notification about this comment, even though it is not relevant for them. Users would like to unsubscribe from chosen topics.

We are aware of possibility to switch such notifications in the user settings, however this is not resolving our issue, as then user can only unsubscribe from ALL notifications of such type. Use only want's to unsubscribe from chosen comments threads.
