Stage activation to be based on multiple prior stages being completed

I'd like to have a proof go to multiple 'first level' stages (Stage 1A, Stage 1B, Stage 1C), and only proceed to a 'second level' stage if Stages 1A, 1B AND 1C have all been 'approved' or 'approved with changes'. Currently, I can only refer to a single previous stage.

    This would be very helpful! Currently we need to manually activate that second level stage, and people often forget to do this which slows down the process.
