Speed Up Time On Send Report Or Allow Disable Links on Excel Export

Currently it takes about 20 minutes for a report to arrive to someone when we use the Send Report functionality. The report is only 180 items, it shouldn't take that long.

We have to use this feature as that is the only way to disable/remove the links on an Excel. If it isn't possible to reduce the time lag, we'd love the option to export an Excel with the links disabled.
