Show Unplanned Actual Hours in Resource Planner

It would be great if you was unable to see hours people have logged on tasks that they aren't assigned to. This would show a truer reflection of users/roles available when looking back at how busy teams were over a certain period of time and gives us a clearer idea of resources needed.
