I have a report that I've set up with a link (generated by WF) for sharing outside of WF. However, it's not working, people who click on it get an error.
I think it may have something to do with our SSO. Does SSO prevent external sharing?
Hi - so this happened to one of our clients (just one, the others in the company had no issue) and what worked was him opening an incognito window/tab in Chrome and then magically it worked. Support was able to figure out why he was the only one at his company where it didn't work regularly, but the Incognito mode fixed this issue.
