Send notification when value from a dropdown field is changed

I have a dropdown field in a custom form.

What I am looking to do is, if the user selects the first choice, a mail should be sent to Person 1 and if he chooses the second choice Person 2 should be notified via email.

I am unsure how to do this.

Can anyone let me know?

The default functionality of Workfront doesn't allow sending notification on dropdown value update. You'll have to use Workfront Fusion in this case.
